#14 ranked 135-pound fighter Emily Kagan (4-2-0) defeated Valle Rae Mead (2-2-0) by unanimous decision in their 130-pound amateur MMA match.
In her last fight on February, 11 Emily was defeated by T.J. Cunanan for the Tuff-N-Uff 135-pound title. She also hold a victory against Cunanan.
Emily trains out of Jackson/Winkeljohn's MMA in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she is coached by Greg Jackson and Julie Kedzie.
