Sarah "Primal" Patterson (5-2-0) defeated Tamikka Brents (2-3-0) by Submission (Rear-Naked Choke) in the first round of their 155-Pound Professional MMA match.
Sarah is a 5'9 thirty-two year old fighter from Burlington, Iowa.
Sarah has come down to the 155-Pound division, all the way from 210-Pounds, she is also now on an amazing four fight winning streak.
Hopefully we can see Sarah compete for Invicta at 155-Pounds or maybe even 145-Pounds.
Fun fact: Her first fight was 15 years ago at the age of 17.
