On Saturday November, 12 at Victory Promotions: "Clementi vs.Rogers" at Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts.
Katie Merrill (1-0) defeated Kaline Medeiros (0-2) by submission (armbar) at 1:40 of the second round of their 125-pound professional MMA match.
This was the third fight between the the two ladies with the first two coming as amateurs. Their first fight was in January of 2010 with Medeiros winning by split decision. Their second match was in March of 2011 when Katie Merrill won by rear-naked choke.
Katie trains at Wai Kru MMA in Brighton, Massachusetts.
