"Killer" Kelly McGill defeats Rachel Andrade

On Saturday January, 19 2013 at Art of War: "Game Face, Respect the Game" at The Chicken Ranch Casino in Jamestown, California.

"Killer" Kelly McGill (1-0-0) defeated Rachel Andrade (0-1-0)  by KO (punch) eight seconds into the first round of their 125-pound amateur MMA Championship match.

Kelly made weight, Rachel came in at 132-poundsst round. I train at .
Kelly is a 5'9 seventeen year old fighter from Modesto, California. She trains at Oakdale, MMA where she is coached by Tom Theofanopoulos, Justin Smitely, and Rolando Velasco.
 
I asked Kelly what got her started in MMA and this was her answer, "I got started in MMA when I watched WEC 41. It was my first fight watched and it was Mike Brown vs Urijah Faber and after that I begged and begged my parents to sign me up, and I've been training hard ever since."
